The rooms were newly decorated and had coffee/tea making machines, a work desk, and a TV set. The location was perfect, in a beautiful part of the world and overlooking a garden. It was also next to Whitby, Robin Hood's Bay, Heartbeat country, restaurants, and the North Yorkshire Moors. The food was outstanding and brilliant. The staff were caring.

We did not want to leave there and would happily return. The hotel was in a remote location in fairness the pub is an old building. Besides, it was close enough to Robin Hood bay, the attached cafe and Whitby, Robin Hood Bay and Scarborough.
